This document, the handover checklist, and the listing as it stood on the date above are the whole agreement and replace the Letter of Intent. Signed electronically on NextFounder, each signature recorded with name, time and IP address. These templates are provided by NextFounder free of charge for convenience. They are not legal advice and NextFounder (a for-profit company) is not a party to this agreement. For a sale above a few thousand dollars, have a lawyer read it. Governing law and venue are whatever the two of you write in.
