Seller marks each item done; buyer confirms it works. Money releases from escrow only when every row has both ticks.

   Buyer: confirm you can see the domain in your account and change DNS.

   Source repository transferred (GitHub → Settings → Transfer ownership) with full history
   Buyer: confirm you are the owner and the seller has no access.

   Hosting / cloud project transferred (Vercel, Fly, Cloudflare, AWS, Supabase…) or redeployed from source on buyer's account
   Buyer: confirm the live app runs from infrastructure you control.

   Payment account transferred (Stripe: change account owner + bank; Razorpay/Lemon Squeezy: per their process) or subscriptions migrated
   Buyer: confirm payouts now land in your bank and you can see customers.

   Customer / user data exported and handed over; seller deletes own copies after inspection
   Buyer: confirm the export opens and row counts match the listing.

   Buyer: confirm nothing in the app still uses a key the seller holds.
