Every camera, your cloud, no SD cards. One app for Hikvision, Dahua, Tapo, Reolink, CP PLUS and any ONVIF/RTSP camera, recording to storage you already own.
§ 1About
Glimpo records every camera in a home or small business, whatever the brand, to storage the owner already has: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, S3, Backblaze B2, Cloudflare R2, WebDAV, a NAS, a Raspberry Pi or the computer it runs on. Footage goes from the hub straight to that storage, end-to-end encrypted; our servers never carry video. That replaces a memory card in every camera and a subscription for every brand.
What exists today: an always-on hub (Node + go2rtc + ffmpeg) for Raspberry Pi, NAS, mini-PC, Mac or Windows, with a Pi installer, Docker image and Home Assistant add-on; one app for iPhone, iPad, Android and the web (installable PWA); a desktop app for Mac and Windows that is also the hub; watch alerts; a camera wall for Android TV and Apple TV; a marketing site on Cloudflare; billing wired on Dodo Payments (Essential $69/yr, Plus $129/yr, Pro $199/yr, Business from $49/mo, and an $89 Lifetime Local licence) with no free tier.
Status: in beta, no paying customers yet. 270 commits since 17 Oct 2026, one shared version number across every platform, changelog and release process documented.
